My sister came over the other weekend and the 3 of us (my daughter’s a given when there’s
anything happening in the kitchen), decided to play around with some extra pie dough
and goodies from the pantry. There are always goodies in the pantry!
We just used some packaged pie dough, but definitely use whatever you have!
We used mini chips, mini marshmallows, toasted coconut, caramel dots, chopped peanut butter cups, peanut butter chips… and anything else we could find! Then we folded them over and crimped them with a fork, brushed them with egg whites and added the sprinkles or cinnamon sugar!
Bake at 350 for about 12-14 minutes or until golden. These are best eaten right away while they’re ooey gooey warm!
