We’re fans of any kind of s’mores recipe, but this grilled peanut butter s’mores pizza is one of our favorites!
I haven’t been quiet around here about how much we love to use our grill (saves on electricity and the food tastes delicious!).
S’mores is probably the most popular dessert to make over a bonfire or grill, but I decided to kick it up a notch with this recipe. We are pretty much peanut butter fanatics at our house! There is not a lot we won’t put peanut butter on especially if chocolate and marshmallow are involved. This Peanut Butter S’mores Pizza is perfect for the grill and rich enough for everyone to share!
Ingredients for Peanut Butter S’mores Pizza
- 2 flatbreads (I used original Naan)
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/3 cup marshmallow fluff
- 14 large marshmallows
- 1/3 cup chopped graham cracker pieces
- 6 miniature Hershey chocolate bars, roughly chopped
- Hershey’s syrup
- Reese’s Peanut Butter Sauce
- ElectroLight Fire Starter
Instructions for Peanut Butter S’mores Pizza
Get that grill pre-heating over a medium temperature. While that is heating up, spread your peanut butter evenly between both pieces of flatbread. Then divide your marshmallow fluff between that flatbread by spooning dollops on top of the peanut butter. Using the same knife, swirl your marshmallow and peanut butter together.
Divide your marshmallows between that flatbread and then sprinkle with the chopped graham crackers and chopped Hershey bars.
Place your flatbread on the grill rack. If you want, you can place a sheet of foil between the rack and the flatbread, but it isn’t necessary. Watch it carefully to make sure the bottom doesn’t get burnt. Once everything starts melting, you can carefully remove it from the grill using a spatula.
Once you have it removed from the grill, lightly wave your ElectroLight Fire Starter over the tops of the marshmallows to help give them that nice crispy crust that everyone loves about s’mores! It’s the perfect way to get this finish since the ElectroLight doesn’t use any chemicals!
Drizzle with the Hershey’s syrup and the Reese’s Peanut butter Sauce and then you’re ready to slice and serve!
The best part of this is that the kids can get involved and customize them however they want! My son has been known to throw some chopped peanut butter cups on there, because there’s no such thing as too much peanut butter! My daughter is more the type who would put less peanut butter (because she’s wrong) and more marshmallow. No rules, just yummy fun!
I often buy the bulk packages of naan at Costco, and we use them for dinners too! Our other favorites are Cheeseburger Flatbreads and Grilled Shrimp Pizzas! Soooo delicious that I think I might add one of those to our menu for next week!
