I made these awhile ago and they’re still one of my favorite cupcakes ever!
They were super simple and I just loved the green frosting against the brown horse!
I just tinted my fondant brown and then rolled an oval for the head. I have a tool to help press out the center of fondant leaves that I used to push 2 small indents for the nostrils. I used a pizza cutter to cut thin strips for the purple harness and the small end of round tip to cut out the eyes. Everything else I cut out by hand. Then you just attach everything with small dabs of water that acts as glue.
One the day of, I pushed the horses into the buttercream and that was it! It was really, really fast and easy and I heard the birthday girl loved them!

Your fondant horses look so cute. I love that they each look a little different which gives them unique personalities. I'm sure the birthday girl was thrilled!
