Back in early December, I let my daughter invite a couple girlfriends and their moms over for breakfast and gingerbread house decorating. I’ve been wanting to do this for awhile, so last year I hit some after-Christmas sales and picked up some Wilton houses that were already pre-assembled with everything included for $2/each! Score!
I have pretty much no pictures of this since it was breakfast and I like to sleep in which doesn’t leave me with much spare time before everybody gets there! And once they were here, there were girls in every picture!
But we did make some cute donuts! Actually, my little girl made these entirely by herself using candy corn and mini chocolate chips!
We finally had a chance to use our full set of Christmas dishes that my mother-in-law passed down to us!
Every place that had a candy cane in the cup and a Santa hat on the back, meant a little girl should sit there! This way they were all beside their mommy when it came time to decorate!
Hard to get a picture of a glass but these are one of my favorite holiday items to unpack every year! My uncle got me these for Christmas a couple years ago and I just love them!

That's such a lovely idea. I'm going to stash it away for when I have my own babies. If I have all boys I might have to adapt it!
