Easy Easter Dessert Recipes

For the past 15 years or so, I’ve been hosting Easter for my large, extended family! It’s my holiday to host, and I absolutely love it!

We have an adult egg hunt and egg hunts for the kids. Yes, plural egg hunts for the kids. There are so many now that we had to break them down into even smaller age groups! Which just means more fun!

Of course, in all the egg hunt planning, I can’t forget the food! Probably my favorite meal of the year.

I always cook a ham and some sides and then everyone else brings dishes to contribute too! We always have the old standards, but there are usually a few new ones thrown in too.

Classic Easter Dinner Recipes

This isn’t exactly a dinner recipe, but I love to have a charcuterie platter out as everyone is arriving. My family usually arrives an hour or two before the meal and they love to graze on meat and cheese trays!

These Parmesan Roasted Potato Wedges go perfectly with an Easter meal! We use any excuse we can to make these, because they’re that good!

My sister always makes a broccoli salad that is very similar to my Broccoli and Cauliflower Salad! It’s always one of the first things to go at the Easter table!

This Lemon Strawberry Cake is one of my favorites and is so easy to make! You can’t beat a soft, lemon cake that’s filled with a tart lemon cream and fresh strawberries!
